Per-unit pricing vs. an unlimited membership

Lake Landing Med Spa advertises unlimited Botox for $189 a month. That is a good fit for some people. Whether it saves you money comes down to how many units you use and how often. Here is the math at our published rate, assuming a visit every three to four months.

Yearly Botox cost at $10–$13 per unit compared with a $189 monthly membership
Dose per visitPer visit herePer year here (3–4 visits)$189/mo membership per year
20 unitsOften in the range for frown lines alone.$200–$260$600–$1,040$2,268
40 unitsCloser to a combined upper-face plan.$400–$520$1,200–$2,080$2,268

When a membership makes more sense

Over a three-month cycle, $189 a month is $567, which matches about 44–57 units at our rate. If your plan regularly runs above that, or you like frequent touch-ups, a membership may cost less. If you treat one or two areas a few times a year, paying per unit usually does. Membership terms, minimums, and products vary, so check the details with any spa before you sign up.

Spring Branch Botox FAQ

How much is Botox in Spring Branch, TX?

Botox at our Spring Branch location is $10–$13 per unit, the same published range as our New Braunfels location. Your total is your rate times the units in your plan, and we confirm both before treatment.

How many units will I need?

It depends on the area, your muscle strength, and how much movement you want to keep. Frown lines often fall around 15–25 units and a combined upper-face plan around 40–60. Your provider sets the dose after assessing you; these ranges are not a dosing recommendation.

Is an unlimited Botox membership cheaper than paying per unit?

It depends on how much you use. At $10–$13 per unit, 20 units every three to four months comes to about $600–$1,040 a year, and 40 units comes to about $1,200–$2,080. A $189-a-month membership is $2,268 a year. If your plan is larger or you treat more often, a membership can come out ahead, so compare against your actual dose.

Who does the injections?

Treatment is provider-led under Dr. Jen Upton, DNP, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Every Botox visit starts with a review of your medical history and goals.

Is Botox safe?

Botox is an FDA-approved prescription treatment for frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet when used by a qualified provider. Common side effects include bruising, swelling, or headache at the injection site. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding or with certain neuromuscular conditions, which is why we screen your history first.

How long does Botox last?

Results commonly last about 3–4 months. You will usually start to see a change within a few days, with the full effect around two weeks.
